Refund policy
This Refund and Return Policy applies to all physical products sold on ethi.in including but not limited to journals, stationery, wellness products, gifts, and lifestyle goods. This policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and applicable Indian laws.
ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
Refunds or replacements are applicable only in the following situations.
The product received is damaged during transit.
The product received is defective or has a manufacturing fault.
An incorrect product has been delivered.
The product received is materially different from its description.
All refund or replacement requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
NON RETURNABLE AND NON REFUNDABLE CASES
Due to the nature of our products and considerations of hygiene usability and quality we do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases.
Change of mind after delivery.
Minor variations in color texture material finish fragrance or appearance.
Products that have been used worn written in opened altered or tampered with.
Products damaged due to customer handling misuse or negligence.
Sale promotional or discounted items unless damaged or defective on arrival.
Gift cards digital products or downloadable items.
Once a product is used or opened where applicable it cannot be resold and hence returns are restricted.
DAMAGED DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a product that is damaged defective or incorrect you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ethi.in along with clear photos or videos showing the issue and outer packaging.
In such cases we will offer a replacement or refund as applicable.
Return shipping costs will be borne by us.
Products must not be returned without prior approval from our customer support team.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
REFUND PROCESS
Once the returned item if applicable is received and inspected you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Original shipping charges are non refundable.
Shipping charges are refunded only if the return is due to our error such as a damaged defective or incorrect item.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at support@ethi.in.
Once an order has been dispatched cancellations are not permitted.
FAULTY GOODS CLARIFICATION
Goods are considered faulty only if they are not of satisfactory quality not fit for purpose or not as described.
Damage caused due to normal wear and tear accidents improper use or customer handling is not considered a manufacturing defect.
MISSING OR DELAYED REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund please first check with your bank or payment provider.
If the issue persists contact us at support@ethi.in and we will assist you.

JURISDICTION
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts only
