Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation
During high-demand periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

If your location is not listed, please contact us before placing an order.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and costs are displayed at checkout and may vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and shipping method
Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated
5. Tracking Orders
If tracking is available for your order, a tracking link will be sent to your email once the order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments:
Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are determined by your country’s regulations
Ethi is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
Customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Ethi is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, reshipping costs may apply.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
a. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at products@incubr.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate; however, Ethi is not responsible for carrier-related delays.
b. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged item(s)
Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
9. Shipping Confirmation & Risk of Loss
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon shipment, except where prohibited by law.
